Monroe Tri

While I wasn't able to join the fun at the hotel, but I was able to join my friends at the Tri!  What a great day.  We rocked it!  I am so proud of everyone, but especially Mary who shaved a few minutes off her time from last year.  In fact, I think she had a PR this go around.  Way to go Mary!

Well maybe I was more impressed than she was...
We had one sola, Mary, and two relays.  Yes Jen the R stands for relay not run.

Sabrina is the best relay partner!  She helped Christy get her bike ready for her leg:)

Then Mary, Sabrina and Amy got ready for the swim.  I hate the swim so thank you Amy!!!

Yikes! This reminds me why I don't like the swim....too many people!

I might add it was a little foggy and cold that morning... Amanda loves the cold:)

Transitions are so much easier in a relay:)

Amanda and Christy were very close on the take off for the bike portion!

Team Liv On has another successful run!  As Mary would say, "We won!  We finished." Love these ladies!
